Role Description

This position develops and maintains reimbursement and financial models to support contracting, pricing strategies, network initiatives, and other key business decisions. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating contract proposals and reimbursement methodologies
• Conducting financial impact analyses, scenario modeling, and forecasting
• Developing reports and analytical tools that provide actionable insights
• Leveraging data to assess reimbursement and business challenges
• Identifying trends and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of model assumptions and results
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting
• Build knowledge of division, business processes, and customers
• Assist in solving a range of problems
• Assist with possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems
• Assist in producing data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights with guidance
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
• Learn needed skills by performing assigned work
