[Hiring] Analytics Lead @IS3

Role Description

We are hiring for a large financial services client. You will build and maintain the metrics and reporting for a supplier cybersecurity risk program. Your work gives leaders the data they need to make staffing and process decisions. This role blends analytics skills with cyber and third party risk context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building metrics and dashboards for a risk or security program
• Fluency in Power BI or Tableau, plus SQL and Excel
• Ability to define KPIs such as volume, backlog, SLA timeliness, and staffing ratios
• Experience producing monthly business review and governance decks
• Understanding of a third party risk framework, so your reports are credible to leadership

• GRC platform reporting in ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or OneTrust
• Capacity and staffing modeling
• Python

Preferred Certifications

• Optional: CTPRP, Power BI or Tableau certifications

Background We Look For

Experience in a large financial services or other regulated enterprise (bank, insurer, card issuer, asset manager) is strongly preferred. Consulting experience from a Big 4 firm or managed security provider is welcome when you were embedded with an enterprise team.
