Role Description

As a HIS Analytics Data Developer at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers.
• Implementing enterprise scale application and reporting solutions.
• Determining the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe, working closely with other teams to deliver our data-driven products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field AND Three (3) years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, through academic projects, internships, or early professional work.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS, and how they integrate with BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development, demonstrating practical application of data storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data development (e.g., Python).

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for creating clean, user-friendly dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues.
• Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts.
• Strong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Work location: Remote.
• Travel: May include up to 5% Domestic.

• Onboarding Requirement: New employees will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment, with travel arrangements and related expenses coordinated and paid for by the company.
• Expected compensation range for this position is $85,200 - $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
