Role Description

We are looking for a full-stack .NET application developer to join our unified development team, which supports the business across the firm. This role can be based in-office or remote. The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually.

• Partner with the business and operations groups to deliver and manage applications that drive efficiency and business effectiveness.
• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack .NET applications and vendor integrations across the full SDLC.
• Identify key performance indicators and build business intelligence solutions for business leadership, advisors, and executives.
• Assume project ownership — liaise with upstream and downstream systems and coordinate project planning, development, front-to-back testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with your teammates on development, delivery, and support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on application development and full SDLC experience in a corporate setting.
• Microsoft ASP.NET Core / C#, with a strong background in LINQ queries and EF Core.
• Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with web service integration (REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with responsive web design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project ownership mindset; ability to take control of assigned projects end to end.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to analyze the current state of project requirements and perform basic gap analysis in a diverse system environment.
• Ability to communicate with users and support their front-end application needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in software product programming and development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
