Role Description

This role involves working as a Virtual Assistant focused on outbound sales and appointment setting.

Make 50-70+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
Schedule sales appointments with potential customers.
Manage and update CRM with lead interactions and appointment details.
Maintain the company calendar and follow up on scheduled appointments.
Handle inbound and outbound text messages and emails.
Perform general administrative and CRM-related tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
Resilience and persistence in handling outbound calls.
Ability to multitask and stay organized with high call volumes.
Customer service experience and a friendly demeanor.
Reliable and able to work independently.
