Role Description

We’re seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our social media and content strategy. You will direct what gets posted, when, and why—working closely with leadership to craft a cohesive brand voice and marketing direction. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.

Develop and manage content strategy across all social media platforms.
Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media posts and campaigns.
Direct the creative vision and tone of all public-facing content.
Coordinate and manage a bi-weekly podcast: create agendas, communicate with guests, and oversee episode planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align messaging.
Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with content creation and ideation.
Ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Proficient with ChatGPT or similar AI content tools.
Comfortable using Slack and Google Workspace for daily communication and task management.
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding and audience engagement.

Requirements

Bonus Points:
Experience hosting or producing podcasts.
Prior work in the food service or packaging industry.
Design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
