Role Description

This multifaceted role is designed for a self-motivated individual who excels in both administrative and virtual assistance tasks.

Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and emails with accuracy and professionalism
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication
Conduct research and compile data to support strategic business decisions
Oversee project timelines and assist in the execution of various initiatives
Maintain an organized filing system for digital documents and confidential information
Assist with social media management and content creation to promote the brand

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of virtual collaboration tools
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Self-directed with the motivation to work independently
Experience with project management software and CRMs is advantageous
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information

Requirements
