Role Description
This role involves assisting customers via various channels to identify technical problems and gather necessary information for resolution or escalation.
- Assist customers via web portal, phone, email, or chat
- Respond immediately to customer calls in a professional manner
- Interact with customers for testing, support, and troubleshooting technical functions remotely
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and testing following detailed instructions
- Provide general product, account status, and company policy information
- Communicate case updates to customers in a timely manner under direct supervision
Qualifications
- Good technical skills with a strong desire to learn
- Customer service experience
- Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a support environment with high call volumes desired
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work from only general instructions on routine work
Requirements
- 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Industry knowledge/experience
