Join our dynamic Team as a Billing Specialist at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest! Are you a talented English speaker with a passion for administrative tasks? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Specialist to join our Billing team. - Investigating invoices when customers dispute it
- Acknowledging customer complaints and completing all relevant administration associated with resolving the cases on a day-to-day basis on agreed SLA
- Maintaining accurate records of all complaints and ensuring they are effectively resolved
- Cooperating with departments in the BSC
- Ensuring consistent, efficient and successful resolution of all B2B UK/Italy queries submitted by our collection and customer service teams
- Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea sharing within the team
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (used in writing)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written communication skills in a B2B environment
- Ideally, 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivables role, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome
- A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together
