Role Description
This role involves being a Technical Support Representative at Kyndryl, where you will help customers solve their problems every day.
- Be the face and voice of Kyndryl
- Combine tech support know-how with problem solving and customer service
- Learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production in the first month
- Multi-task and provide interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams)
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
- Interact with various people on a variety of problems to grow your experience and skills
- Find and work with mentors
- Become an expert with Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Get trained on various platforms and earn certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc.)
Qualifications
- Fluent English Skills
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Investigation skills and proactiveness
- 6 months of experience in Customer support roles (Preferred)
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
Requirements
- Experience working with Windows operating systems
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise
- Support help desk experience
- Customer support experience
- Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs
