Role Description

Your role will be:

Processing Purchase requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders
Handling queries, solving problems in written or oral way
In case of purchase order issues or other questions contacting the partner
Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record every single change, which contributes to recognise the opportunities of improving processes
Making proposals in order to develop processes
Supporting senior colleague and team lead
Other, department specific tasks, for example create daily performance sheet of the team helping the team lead reporting in Monthly Service Report

Qualifications

Minimum high school leaving exam
College degree in economics, accounting or any business-related field is an advantage
2+ years professional experience in financial services/accounting
Experience in working in a fast-changing environment is an advantage
MS Office, intermediate Excel knowledge, eager to develop in excel
“Can do” mentality, problem solving attitude, owning the issues and tasks not just doing them
