Role Description

This role involves managing multi-country global payroll and providing exceptional client support.

  • Act as the first line of support for complex multi-country global payroll inquiries.
  • Offer expert advice on navigating differences in payroll practices and tax considerations across various countries.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring clear communication of status and resolutions to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with CSMs to deliver proactive updates and best-practice guidance, ensuring a unified, high-quality client experience.
  • Proactively update your assigned client group and contribute to creating or enhancing training resources that reduce escalations and improve team knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing multi-country Global Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax principles, social security contributions, and wage laws across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles supporting high-touch Enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to analyze payslips, detect discrepancies, reconcile payroll data, and research complex issues.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust swiftly to changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and process documentation skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze payslips and reconcile payroll data.
  • Proficient in using support tools (e.g., Zendesk) and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in handling escalations and inquiries with exceptional customer service.
