Role Description
This role involves supporting prospective and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform. As an Inside Sales Representative for our EOR business, you will:
- Respond to incoming queries and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products
- Engage in consultative, client-facing experiences to solve tangible business challenges
- Collaborate strategically with internal teams, including Product and Legal
- Work remotely from anywhere
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a quota-carrying sales person
- A customer-obsessed approach
- Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a propensity to test ideas and rapidly iterate
- Proactive strategies for self-managing with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to articulate Remote's unique value proposition through both written and verbal communication
- Fluent in English
- Experience working remotely is a plus
Requirements
- Showcase Remote’s product portfolio (EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, Remote Talent, etc.) as a potential solution for existing customers via phone, video conference, and email
- Lead client conversations by educating users on the platform’s features and benefits
- Convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve individual and team quotas
- Share knowledge and insight from customer interactions with internal teams
