Role Description
As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving partner success by ensuring that partners are fully enabled and capable of delivering to our standards. Your mission will be to assist partners through their various implementations. You will be their trusted technical advisor and central point of contact to:
- Identify key technical strategies
- Improve product usability
- Expand product adoption
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
This position requires an understanding of partner strategies, outstanding project management skills, a partner-first mindset, and ERP technical skills.
- Learn how Partner Success processes currently work and identify pain points
- Leverage product value and generate new use cases
- Become an internal advocate of partners
- Develop and implement customized success plans for each Services partner
- Establish regular cadence to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Product, and Engineering teams
- Provide good practice advisory on the connected landscape (e.g., API, Webservices, ERP Integration KIT)
- Interact with partners and users
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as technical customer support or technical consultant in the area of ERP
- Proficiency in project management and ability to multitask across various partner needs
- Committed to driving a healthy and connected product
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components
- Hands-on experience with complex product integrations
- Takes high degree of accountability and reliability over their work
- Ability to lead through knowledge and transparency
- Can discuss technical subjects with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in a customer-centric technical role delivering solutions in a consultative manner
- Technical knowledge of industry standard practices for implementing integrations (e.g., file feeds, API, webhooks, IDS)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
- Eager to learn and continuously develop a structured & fact-based work approach
- Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills; fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Additional European language(s) is considered an advantage
