Role Description
Your job in Solution Consulting is to understand our buyers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these challenges.
- Spend time researching and discovering the customer’s challenges and goals.
- Understand the customer, challenge them, and become their voice in the sales process.
- Delight and inspire customers to help build and deliver their desired outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor who leads customers and colleagues; adapt, plan, and mobilize people.
- Be an expert in Unit4 solutions and understand the value of Unit4 compared to other vendors.
- Love technology and be driven to find the best possible solutions for customers.
- Build trust with customers through integrity and expertise during the buyer journey.
Qualifications
- Higher Education in (Management) Accounting, Information Technology or Business Administration
- More than 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting (Presales) for software solutions
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Public Sector, Professional Services Organizations & Not for Profit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis and persuasive presentation delivery
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end sales cycles within CRM, ERP, and accounting software organizations
- Previous experience with one or more major enterprise applications, such as Unit4 ERP, Workday, Oracle, etc.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- A track record of consistently increasing deal size and meeting or exceeding quota targets
- Background in sales, sales consulting, or software consulting
- Familiarity with multi-user operating systems and ERP environments
- Willingness to travel 20% to 40% to support business needs
- Excellent English proficiency both verbal and written
- Practical, getting things done, hands-on mentality
- Consensus Demo Automation Platform experience is preferred
