Role Description
This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about technology and customer service, and who are eager to work within an international environment.
- Provide top-notch customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients in the telecommunications sector.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a speedy resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer management system.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural setting.
- Experience in customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
