Role Description

This role involves supporting large-scale projects within a multinational company recognized for its work in the Energy sectors.

Manages tasks assigned by the Project Managers according to the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets set
Takes part during project reviews and provides necessary input for preparation
Responsible for the follow-up and maintenance of the projects’ documentation management register
Assists the planner in updating the time schedule based on team information
Responsible for the set-up and follow-up/update of the unit’s workload planning
In charge of site reporting archiving (including EHS reporting) and follow-up of critical issues
Performs any other duties as required by the Organization and Internal Regulations

Qualifications

At least 6 months experience in Project Management, Site Management, or in the Energy Sector
University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Fluency in Greek and English
Computer Literacy
Accountability
Sense of urgency
Communication with Transparency
Teamwork
