Role Description
- Well-versed about the brands and sharing the knowledge with valued clients.
- Providing excellent service to clients in line with the brand's rules.
- Initiating connections and building relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Managing and preserving clients information and preferences.
- Continuously boosting sales to meet monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Effective in persuasive communication
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Sales and target oriented
- Having experience in luxury sales and databases is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
