Role Description
As a Security Implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role driving customer activation and retention. You will partner with the Customer Success Manager to guide our customers through their implementation by taking ownership as the key technical contact. You will act as a technical subject matter expert to support customers in configuring their security platform, ensuring that the configuration meets their goals and enables them to get value from the solution.

Asset Analysis and Risk Assessment
- Assist customers in conducting thorough analyses of their Web3 assets, evaluate their security postures, and assess associated risks.

Monitoring and Response Plan Development
- Advise customers on optimal configurations for risk monitoring tools, develop comprehensive monitoring and response plans that detail preventive measures, detection techniques, and response strategies to mitigate potential security incidents.

Own Technical Implementation process
- Act as the key technical contact throughout assisting customers in setting up and operationalizing the security monitoring tools and response plans.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance during the implementation phase to ensure seamless integration of security practices with existing customer workflows.

Customer Collaboration and Support
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to update them on potential security issues and adjustments in the threat landscape.

Cross functional Collaboration
- Proactively collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Customer Support, Account Executives and Product to produce best in class customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards as they apply to digital assets and blockchain technologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly and professionally to a non-technical audience
- Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements, demonstrating patience, understanding, and a customer-first attitude
- Proven experience of working for a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to engage with technical stakeholders such as CTOs, CSOs, and security teams
- Experience managing a diverse customer base, from SMBs to Enterprise clients
- A proactive, hands-on approach—you thrive in autonomous environments and are eager to roll up your sleeves
