Role Description
This role involves serving as the welcoming voice and face of EcoWay Voyagers, providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and travelers.
- Serve as the welcoming voice and face of EcoWay Voyagers, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and travelers, providing information and assistance regarding sustainable travel options.
- Assist travelers with booking accommodations, flights, and eco-friendly transportation options.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences while promoting sustainable travel practices.
- Educate travelers about eco-friendly travel options and sustainable tourism practices.
- Provide general administrative support to team members to maintain an organized office environment focused on sustainable travel initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and sustainable travel practices.
- Comfortable using communication tools and travel booking systems.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage travel itineraries and documents efficiently.
