Role Description
This role involves managing travel data entry and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of travel-related information.
- Accurately input and update travel-related information into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms
- Verify the accuracy of travel data entered, cross-referencing information from various sources
- Conduct quality checks on travel data entries to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information
- Regularly review and update existing travel data records
- Assist in generating reports, summaries, and analysis based on the entered travel data
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation related to travel data entry processes
- Provide general administrative support to team members in the travel department
Qualifications
