Role Description
This role involves managing the deployments of Transact's Cloud POS solution and additional solutions as training and demand allows.
- Manage the deployments of Transact's Cloud POS solution
- Manage the deployments of additional solutions as training and demand allows
- Develop familiarity with Transact's campus payment solutions
- Develop familiarity with credit card onboarding requirements of third-party vendors
- Meet established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput, and more
- Manage the coordination of implementation consultant resources related to onsite and remote deployments
- Develop an understanding of the key functionality and requirements of Cloud POS
- Develop and manage client-facing project plans and call notes as required
- Develop and manage client-facing milestones to align with key dates
- Manage project timelines, resource trackers, and systematic dates to ensure timely completion of deployments
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of industry experience
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to software and hardware
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel
- Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Requirements
- PMP Certified (preferred)
- Experience working in Higher Education environment (preferred)
- Experience working in dining service management (preferred)
- Experience working with Transact Campus solutions (preferred)
- Experience in a client-facing project management role (preferred)
- Less than 10% travel domestically and Canada, as needed
