Role Description

We are searching for a committed, proactive Bar Squad Leader who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

  • Promote and grow the business
  • Train waitstaff
  • Ensure excellent drinks, food, and service for guests
  • Manage inventory and resources
  • Plan promotional events
  • Ensure quality and safety controls are followed
  • Maintain current licenses
  • Set business objectives to increase profits
  • Maximize customer satisfaction
  • Work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations

Qualifications

  • Observant
  • Ability to think critically and efficiently
  • Skilled communicator
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong observation skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Restaurant or management experience is generally preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
  • Decisiveness
  • Approachability and punctuality to set a good example for your team
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Spanish and French is always a bonus
