Role Description

The Patient Engagement Specialist is to make outbound calls to contracted covered entity patients who are not receiving pharmacy services by an affiliated pharmacy. Individual will explain the value offering of the company’s pharmacy services so that the patient may have a choice to either continue having the prescription filled at their current pharmacy or choose to have their prescriptions transferred and filled by an affiliated pharmacy.

Qualifications

  • Associate College Degree or higher / Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Sales Experience (Preferred) – cold calling, customer service solutions, person to person sales
  • Working knowledge of the health care industry (Preferred)

Requirements

  • Must be Fluent in both English & Spanish (Bilingual Required)
