Role Description

- Take ownership of user-centric approach in dealing with user journey

Support:
- Identify and assess users' needs to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools

Compliance:
- Spot fraud indicators & collaborate with 2nd line teams

Payments:
- Analyze and take ownership of payments dispute cases & investigations
Qualifications
- You speak English on a near-native or professional level
- You can listen, investigate and pinpoint the source of the problem. Then fix it!
- You're a master at using the written word, emojis and gifs to make our users happy
- You love to interpret patterns and data
- You take challenges heads on, you're quick to adapt and can multitask
- You can provide phone support in English
- You have a curiosity for AI and are eager to deepen your understanding of it
- You’re passionate about learning and developing your tech abilities
- You're eligible for night shift work as per Bulgarian law, and are available to cover night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00
