Role Description

As a Marina Success Manager (MSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our marina partners fully adopt and maximize the benefits of Dockwa’s platform. You will be responsible for driving marina engagement, retention, and revenue growth by aligning our solutions with their business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships, provide strategic insights, and proactively identify expansion opportunities. Your success will be measured by customer retention, feature adoption, and revenue expansion.

  • Customer Success & Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with marina partners through proactive communication, including calls, Zoom meetings, emails, and on-site visits.
    • Act as a trusted consultant, helping marinas understand and leverage Dockwa’s suite of tools to streamline their operations.
    • Conduct regular check-ins to align on marina goals, track progress, and demonstrate value.
  • Onboarding & Adoption
    • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences in collaboration with the Implementation team.
    • Train marinas on best practices for using Dockwa's features to achieve their business objectives.
    • Continuously educate customers on new features and updates to drive deeper product adoption.
  • Retention & Growth
    • Identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to mitigate churn through tailored engagement plans.
    • Proactively uncover upsell and expansion opportunities, presenting additional features and premium offerings that align with customer needs.
    • Drive additional revenue by executing annual renewals and expansion strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights
    • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall user experience.
    • Gather customer feedback and advocate for platform enhancements by logging insights into Jira and collaborating with Product teams.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce) to track engagement, goals, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and customer engagement tracking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs
  • Passion for technology, marinas, boating, or hospitality industries is a plus
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively prioritize and manage a dynamic workload

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. The overall total earnings range for this position is $72,000 - $96,000. Dockwa offers a competitive compensation package—including base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
