Role Description

This role involves providing language specialist services in a travel-related environment.

Languages required: German & English (2 vacancies), French & English or Italian & English (2 vacancies)
Priority for German speakers
Professional working proficiency (C1/C2) required in the relevant language
All candidates must have professional proficiency in English (C1/C2) – written and spoken
Ideal candidates should be residing in Mexico with the required paperwork to live and work, or be great candidates seeking sponsorship
Proven track record in EU leisure sales and worldwide itineraries
Experience in travel retail or tour operator environment essential
Passion for travel and personal globetrotting experience
Hungry for commercial success
Energized to work in a team and share new ideas
Enjoy working in an international environment
Strong communication skills and commitment to delivering excellent service
Able to use initiative and creativity to meet member needs
Energetic and motivated team player who enjoys challenges
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

40 hours per week
Shifts: Mexico – times below are GMT
15.00 – 02.00 (Early)
19.00 – 04.00 (Middle)
21.00 – 06.00 (Late) – at least 1x per week
Rotation either Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu depending on business needs
Extra days worked on festive days may be collected as a lieu day or noted as overtime
Location: Mexico City (preferred) / Mexico Wide (Remote)
