Role Description

Are you a fluent Slovenian speaker looking for an engaging role in customer support? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding service to our growing customer base. Join a professional and dynamic team committed to delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering long-term satisfaction.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, social media, and video calls to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, orders, and product-related inquiries.
  • Accurately document interactions in English using CRM systems.
  • Promote company products through upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Native-level Slovenian proficiency
  • Advanced English skills (B2 level or higher) both spoken and written

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
