Role Description

This role involves providing first-line remote support to users across various locations.

Provide L1 remote support, managing and resolving user issues efficiently.
Handle user calls, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved.
Work with established SOPs and support processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
Troubleshoot and support desktop issues, Active Directory, software installation, Teams, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, network problems, and more.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
Work in a shift-based environment, ensuring smooth IT support operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in remote L1 IT support.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle various technical issues.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with users, ensuring high-quality support.
Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
