Role Description

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will:

Sell cruise packages tailored to client needs
Upsell and cross-sell packages and travel-related products
Support customers and travel agents with bookings and post-booking management
Provide expert information on destinations, ships, documentation, pricing, and more
Ensure a high-quality customer experience with attention to detail and professionalism

Qualifications

High school diploma
Fluent Italian (C1) + English (B2)
Sales experience is mandatory
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Proven computer literacy and ability to multitask
Excellent attention to detail and diligence in daily tasks
EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit
Already residing in mainland Portugal
