Role Description

We are looking for a European Portuguese speaker to work as a Technical Support Advisor assisting customers with cloud solutions for a well-known global IT brand. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience through remote support.

Provide technical support for brand's products to Portuguese-speaking customers
Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud-based applications and services
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, and chat
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
Stay up to date with the client's products, services, and best practices

Qualifications

Fluent Portuguese from Portugal and fluent English written and spoken
At least one year of experience in IT support, ideally with MS cloud solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic support environment
EU ID or a residence permit for Spain

Requirements

Minimum one year in IT Support with cloud solutions
