Role Description

This position involves being a subject matter expert for the Canto product, helping to teach, implement, and support customers. It requires a high level of client interaction via calls and online meetings, responding to emails promptly.

Lead and participate in client meetings to educate, train, and advise customers on successful implementation of the Canto product.
Provide go-live support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as necessary.
Ensure that the software solution is implemented quickly and successfully within the client's timeline.
Project manage customers and internal partners to keep implementations on track and successful.
Conduct project hand-off to the Canto Account Management team.
Regularly meet with team members and clients to deliver status updates, resolve project issues, and design solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with software implementation and assisting customers.
A customer-focused approach, good organizational skills, and an efficient solution-oriented working style.
Experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
Experience in Customer Success Management/Client Success Management, ideally involving SaaS.
An affinity for tech and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Possess the ability to think critically and outside of the box to help customers solve challenges and use-cases.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects.
A self-starter who likes to learn and ask questions.
Excited to receive feedback and continue developing skills and knowledge base.
