Role Description

Join our team as a Hospitality Assistant and guide clients in selecting top-tier accommodations, dining options, and other exceptional hospitality services. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide the training and support to help you deliver stellar client care and personalized recommendations. Our company provides all the requirements you need to get started and are ABTA Accredited!

  • Help clients find and reserve hotels, resorts, dining options, and various hospitality experiences.
  • Tailor suggestions to individual preferences and budgets for an unforgettable stay.
  • Address inquiries, handle booking changes, and upgrade client reservations when necessary.
  • Stay current on emerging travel trends, sought-after destinations, and seasonal promotions.
  • Partner with colleagues to ensure clients receive seamless and satisfying experiences.
