Role Description
This role involves being the primary contact for our German-speaking customers, providing them with support and guidance related to our advanced fitness technology products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and support users in optimizing their experience with fitness applications and devices.
- Carefully document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records to improve service delivery.
- Work with colleagues to identify trends and advocate for customer needs and enhancements.
- Keep up-to-date with product information, industry news, and best practices in fitness technology.
- Offer training sessions to customers, helping them get the most out of fitness tech products.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and a good command of English.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally in the fitness or technology industries.
- Strong passion for fitness and understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and a dedication to improving the user experience.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
