Role Description
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer a new position for a German Speaking Customer Support representative within our Transportation Services Department. In this role, you will engage directly with our German-speaking clients, providing them with assistance and information regarding our transportation services. - Handle customer inquiries related to transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding service options, pricing, and schedules.
- Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have with our transportation services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering efficient and friendly service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles, preferably in the transportation industry.
