Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and passionate about providing outstanding customer support. As a member of this innovative team, you will assist German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information about electronic products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products, warranties, and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest or knowledge in electronics and technology products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and customer management systems.
