Role Description
Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT as a German Speaking Client Consultant in the Tourism Sector, with the flexibility of working remotely from Greece! In this exciting role, you will cater to the needs of German-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional travel consultancy services.
- Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries regarding travel services and tourism options.
- Help clients create their travel itineraries by recommending activities, accommodations, and experiences.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions to maintain quality service standards.
- Work closely with travel partners and internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on tourism trends, local attractions, and travel regulations to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Build and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar capacity, ideally within the tourism sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing various client needs.
- Competence in using computer systems and familiarity with customer service tools.
- A genuine interest in travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients across different time zones.
