Role Description

As a valued member of our team, the Financial Services Account Associate supports the company in delivering a positive customer experience in a metric driven environment.

Responsible for protecting the best interest of our clients by handling customer inquiries and resolving complex issues
Completing account maintenance and processing transactions for mutual fund account holders and financial professionals
Providing customer service to U.S. customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Utilizing an automatic call distribution system and working within multiple transfer agent systems and Microsoft Office applications
Participating in ongoing training and staying abreast of financial regulatory changes

Qualifications

High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate
Strong technical skills with the ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems at once
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Investment industry or financial experience is a plus
College degree (or currently working towards one) or financial customer service experience desired

Requirements

High-speed internet with ethernet access
Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals
