Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Executive Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service while managing front-desk responsibilities from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and team members.

  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to clients via phone and email.
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments and scheduling.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and appointments.
  • Handle any additional administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
  • Proven customer service experience with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to varying work shifts, if needed.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
