Role Description

This role involves engaging with clients to provide personalized advice and recommendations regarding insurance products.

  • Client Engagement: Understand clients’ needs and financial goals, providing personalized advice and recommending appropriate insurance products.
  • Client Education: Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective customers and handle the sales process from prospecting to closing sales and processing applications.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of AO Globe Life’s insurance products, including term life, whole life, and other offerings.
  • Customer Service: Maintain and build relationships with clients through follow-up, policy reviews, and support with claims and adjustments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training opportunities.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed personal sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

  • This position is remote, but for licensing reasons, candidates must reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL provinces or CA, WA or VA or IL States.
  • This is a position that requires you to be Life Licensed. If you are not licensed, a course is offered through the company at a discounted rate.
  • This is a work from home, commission plus bonus position.
  • Entry Level experience is acceptable.
