Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients in the Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about online pharmacy services, prescriptions, and telemedicine consultations
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns
- Provide detailed information regarding medication, telehealth options, and related services
- Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance user experience
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on healthcare regulations and services
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the healthcare or telemedicine fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach towards ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
