Role Description
This Customer Support Specialist position requires a detail-oriented and empathetic professional with experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
- Manage and organize daily customer support tasks, including handling inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Provide timely support to customers with various issues and concerns
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information across different systems
- Communicate regularly with the team to ensure smooth operations and provide updates
- Proactively identify and resolve customer service issues
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and tools
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Requirements
- Experience in the Outsourcing industry or any relevant industries
- Experience in supporting Startups
- Proficiency with customer support tools and software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar applications (great to have, but not required)

Results We Expect
- Daily logs on inquiries, technical concerns, issue resolution, order processing reports, and customer data updates
- Weekly summary reports on general updates, issue resolution reports, return and refund reports, ad hoc task reports
- Monthly audits and updates on product information, customer satisfaction reports, and data accuracy reports
- Reports on any special or ad hoc tasks requested by the client, including task descriptions, progress, and outcomes
- Updates on project-based tasks or initiatives, including milestones achieved and any issues encountered, as needed
