Role Description
As an Operations and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless e-commerce operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage logistics, provide top-notch customer support, and contribute to sales growth in the US market.
- 60% Logistics & Operations: Managing warehouse coordination, delivery schedules, and shipping processes
- 25% Customer Service: Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
- 15% Sales: Providing product recommendations and closing deals through phone and email interactions
- Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service and offer tailored product recommendations
- Craft detailed email responses with 2-3 product options, helping customers make informed decisions
- Drive sales growth by effectively engaging with potential buyers and closing deals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations and warehouse logistics
- 3+ years in customer support, with experience handling inquiries across multiple channels
- 2+ years of phone-based sales experience, with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate logistics efficiently
- Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
- Understanding of logistics, delivery networks, and customer expectations in the US E-Commerce Market
- Experience with e-commerce tools and warehouse management systems is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
