Role Description

In dieser Position bist du die erste Ansprechperson fĂĽr unsere Kunden und begleitest sie von der Bestellung ĂĽber die Verifizierung bis zur FahrzeugĂĽbergabe.

  • Recherchiere in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen den aktuellen Stand der Aufträge und sorge fĂĽr eine reibungslose Auslieferung unserer Fahrzeuge.
  • Verschaffe dir jederzeit einen Ăśberblick ĂĽber die anstehenden Aufgaben und setze im Team die Prioritäten.
  • Trage dazu bei, dass Kunden schnellstmöglich ihr neues Auto erhalten - mit unserem einzigartigen Glastruck direkt vor die HaustĂĽr!

Qualifications

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Privatkundenbetreuung gesammelt.
  • Freude am Telefonieren & Chatten; Kundenservice ist deine Leidenschaft.
  • Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Teamplay, Hands-on-Mentalität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.).
  • Sichere Anwendung des 10 Finger-Systems sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Homeoffice sind von Vorteil.
