Role Description
As our Workplace Manager, you’ll be the heart and engine of our Berlin HQ. You’ll ensure the office is not just a space where people work—but where they love to come together, collaborate, and thrive. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who takes pride in making things run smoothly, staying three steps ahead, and creating an exceptional office experience every single day.
- Manage all incoming deliveries, post, and preparation for special events
- Order and manage all office supplies, food, drinks, and external vendors
- Manage all travel arrangements and bookings for the team and guests
- Work to optimise cleaning company costs and performance, including regular check-ins and ensuring stock fulfilment
- Organise internal company events
- Lead internal swag efforts
- Support onboarding for newcomers
Qualifications
- Proactive and hands-on—you don’t wait for someone to ask, you’ve already done it
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A natural problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude
- Comfortable juggling multiple vendors, deliveries, and requests at once
- Can speak German & English fluently to manage local partners
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
- Creative when it comes to making the office feel like a home from home
