Role Description
This role involves providing support and service to our members, ensuring the highest level of customer service possible.
- Be the first point of contact for our company
- Effectively problem solve and contribute positively to a team environment
- Handle inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Participate in an extensive virtual paid training program
- Work Monday to Friday shifts ending at 9pm AT with no overnights or weekends
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma with post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills through email and phone
- Ability to concentrate and have high attention to detail
- 2+ years of Contact Centre experience is preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to multitask
- Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset
Requirements
- Must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Private working area with a locked door and secure perimeter
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Must ensure e-work space is secured before leaving
