Role Description

Für unser wachsendes Team und Umsetzung unserer Innovationen suchen wir ab sofort einen Customer Care Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) (Festeinstellung, Vollzeit – remote).

  • Erster Ansprechpartner fĂĽr unser Kunden
  • Begleiten aller After-Sales-Prozesse sowie produktspezifischer Kundenberatungen
  • Betreuung aller Supportfragen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Organisation der „digitalen Customer Journey“ (per Telefon, E-Mail, Video-Chat)
  • Mitwirken beim strategischen Produkt- und Kundenmanagement, Weiterentwicklung von Kundenprozesse, digitalen Tools und Kundenansprache

Qualifications

  • Kaufmännische oder pharmazeutische Ausbildung (PTA/PKA)
  • Schnelles Einarbeiten in unsere Produkte und Beratungsthemen
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Affinität zum Thema Digitalisierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten, Teamplayer mit proaktiver und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
