Role Description
This is a great opportunity for someone who's eager to grow and thrive within the amazing world of SaaS provider.
- Oversee the initial onboarding of a new client and daily tasks involved with addressing a portfolio of client’s needs and expectations.
- Serve as a combination of an onboarding specialist, customer service representative, technical specialist, and client trainer.
- Provide customer support, smaller product upselling, technical assistance, and general relationship management.
Qualifications
- Experience in client success management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients from beginning to end.
- Act as the key client contact throughout the onboarding process.
- Project manage and coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients.
- Deliver confident training sessions to educate and enable new users.
- Drive innovation by collecting product feedback from clients.
- Foster customer loyalty by ensuring clients feel invested in their success.
- Increase profitability by identifying customer needs and suggesting cross-product solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate account success.
- Resolve time-sensitive and high-pressure support issues using Hubspot ticketing system.
- Respond to clients in a professional tone with proper grammar and spelling.
- Analyze and troubleshoot support requests with minimal back-and-forth.
- Work as a team with level 1 & other 2 support team members.
- Provide clear guidance to clients in resolving their issues.
- Track tickets through the QA/Development cycle and provide status updates.
- Maintain attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
