Role Description
This role involves managing client interactions and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.
- Case manage client questions and feedback regarding our products and services
- Support client base through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Analyze client activity and inquiries to identify trends, proactively addressing common challenges and opportunities
- Provide exceptional service to our clients and identify opportunities to go above and beyond
- Collaborate with Relationship Management, Financial Operations, Risk Management, Engineering, and Institutional teams to support business needs
- Identify and implement opportunities to use automation to scale processes and improve the client experience
- Be the voice of the client and provide input to product specifications based on client feedback
Qualifications
- Excitement to work in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Positive attitude and energy
- Strong critical thinker
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, conversationalist, ability to explain things simply
- Highly adaptable, excellent time management and able to prioritize daily tasks
- 4+ years of experience in client operations, customer success, or a related field, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree
Requirements
- Preference to candidates with a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Operations, and Information Systems
