Role Description

As a Channel Success Manager - Reseller EMEA (F/M/D) in our Customer Experience Team, you will play a key role in empowering both reseller partners and end customers to unlock the full potential of NavVis technology. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our partners are fully equipped to sell and support NavVis solutions effectively.

  • Act as the main point of contact for 6-10 resellers, ensuring they are equipped to position and sell NavVis solutions successfully.
  • Provide ongoing support through bi-weekly/weekly check-ins, discussing renewals, technical topics, and potential escalations.
  • Enable resellers by owning the NavVis Reseller Certification Program in your region.
  • Focus on quality management (QM)—diving deeper into customer needs and long-term success rather than just revenue generation.
  • Analyse end-user performance and usage to generate valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our resellers, helping them optimise their sales approach, drive customer adoption, and ensure the long-term success of NavVis solutions in their markets.
  • Ensure and sustain open channels of communication with our reseller customer and internal teams, servicing as the point of contact for escalating issues, driving collaboration and communication to resolve them.

Qualifications

  • Background in geoscience, geomatics, surveying, or a related geospatial field (GIS, BIM Modeler/Coordinator is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Reality Capture (RC) or AEC industry or have worked in indirect partnership management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and can present complex technical topics effectively.
  • Thrive in a customer-facing role while maintaining deep technical expertise.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and a proactive mindset and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Speak French or Arabic and have experience working with geospatial resellers.
